Your Portraits With Your Crystal Ballroom Wedding Photographer

Creating Beautiful Portraits With Your Crystal Ballroom Wedding Photographer

Your Crystal Ballroom wedding photographer is one of the most important investments that you will make for your wedding day. With a beautiful, picturesque, venue like the Crystal Ballroom, and adding all of your loved ones under the same roof, it only makes each image that more beautiful. Today, I am featuring some of David and Brittany’s portraits from their wedding day. I can’t get enough of how amazing everyone looked at this wedding! All of the bridal party and family members looked like they came right out of a magazine!

Today’s blog contains some tips and tricks as you prepare to create beautiful portraits with your Crystal Ballroom wedding photographer!

Have everything together.

Although you may be slightly nervous or a little stressed, that’s where your amazing wedding vendors come in to help! (Especially with informative blogs like this one!) You may not feel like you “have it all together,” and that’s okay! What I am talking about are the little details! Things like your rings, flowers, garters, and shoes, should all be in one, easy-to-find, location for your wedding photographer and videographer to locate. That way, we only have to ask where they are once. If they are in view, we may not even have to do that! We will just let you know that we will start photographing those details. And it will run super smooth and go by quickly since everything was already in one location.

Make sure everyone knows where they need to be before the wedding day.

If you have family members and friends who will be in photos during certain times, such as before or after the ceremony, let them know before hand. This will help save so much time and cause less stress all around! If your family knows they need to stay behind, and your officiant notifies them after the ceremony is complete, then the only people who should be around are those who were told. Sometimes, it can get a little chaotic when there are people talking loudly or there are people standing around and mingling. This also takes up more time than you may think trying to wrangle everyone together and cuts into the allotted time we have for photographs.

Long story short, just make sure to alert those who need to be in places beforehand!

And if you happen to be thinking about how to tell your bridal party where to be and when, here is a great template found on Etsy that may help you out!

Location, location.

As your wedding photographer, we will scout the locations that we believe to be best for your portraits. But if there happens to be a certain location that you want to use, let your photographer know! We are there for you and want to make you happy! So definitely let us know if there is somewhere specific you want to go!

I look forward to hearing from you about your wedding photographer needs! If you are getting hitched at The Crystal Ballroom and are looking for your photographer, you have come to the right place!
